Refund Policy

Last Updated: 5 September 2026

Elevate.wtf primarily provides digital products, software, licenses, keys, and downloadable services. Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable once a product has been delivered, activated, or made available to the customer, except where a refund is legally required.

1. No-Refund Policy

All purchases made through Elevate.wtf are considered final.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Purchasing the wrong product.
  • No longer wanting the product.
  • Inability to use the product due to unsupported hardware, software, operating systems, or configurations.
  • Product downtime or maintenance.
  • Product updates or development changes.
  • Temporary technical issues.
  • Compatibility issues caused by the customer's system.
  • Product detection, blocking, or functionality changes outside of Elevate.wtf's reasonable control.
  • Account or license termination resulting from a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Abuse, misuse, sharing, reselling, or unauthorized distribution of a product or license.
  • Failure to follow installation or troubleshooting instructions.

2. Technical Issues

Technical issues do not qualify for a refund.

If you experience a technical problem with a product, our support team will work with you to identify and resolve the issue.

Where a product experiences extended downtime or an issue that prevents normal use, Elevate.wtf may provide compensation in the form of additional product duration, license time, or another appropriate service credit.

Compensation may be determined based on the length and severity of the disruption.

For example, if a product is unavailable for an extended period, additional time may be added to the customer's license to compensate for the affected period.

Technical difficulties, downtime, maintenance, updates, or temporary service interruptions do not create an automatic right to a monetary refund.

3. Product Updates and Maintenance

Products may require maintenance, updates, development work, or temporary downtime.

Scheduled or unexpected maintenance does not qualify for a monetary refund.

Where appropriate, affected customers may receive additional license duration as compensation.

4. Product Changes

Features, functionality, compatibility, and availability may change over time.

Elevate.wtf does not guarantee that every feature available at the time of purchase will remain available indefinitely.

Changes to a product do not automatically qualify the customer for a refund.

5. Compensation

At our discretion, Elevate.wtf may provide compensation when a customer experiences a significant service disruption.

Compensation may include:

  • Additional license duration.
  • Extended subscription time.
  • Replacement access.
  • Service credits.
  • Other reasonable forms of compensation.

The amount and type of compensation will be determined by Elevate.wtf based on the circumstances.

Compensation is provided as a service recovery measure and does not constitute a monetary refund.

6. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same transaction, contact support as soon as possible.

After reviewing the transaction, Elevate.wtf may correct genuine duplicate charges where appropriate.

7. Fraudulent Transactions

Purchases made using unauthorized payment methods, stolen payment information, fraudulent activity, or intentionally misleading information may result in immediate termination of associated accounts and licenses.

Any resulting loss of access may not be eligible for compensation.

8. Chargebacks

Customers are expected to contact Elevate.wtf support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Attempting to obtain a refund through a fraudulent or abusive chargeback after receiving a digital product may result in the suspension or termination of associated accounts, licenses, and services.

Nothing in this section prevents customers from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Refund Requests

Although purchases are generally non-refundable, customers may contact support if they believe a refund is legally required or there has been an incorrect or duplicate charge.

Requests may require reasonable information to verify the transaction.

Do not provide passwords, full payment-card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

10. Consumer Rights

This policy does not remove or restrict any mandatory consumer guarantees, statutory rights, or other protections that apply under applicable law.

Where applicable law requires Elevate.wtf to provide a refund, replacement, repair, or other remedy, those legal rights will continue to apply.

11. Changes to This Policy

Elevate.wtf may update this Refund Policy when necessary.

The latest version will always be published on the Elevate.wtf website.

12. Contact
